Abstract and ambiguous, Black Square is an invitation into imagination – attested as the first painting ‘of nothing’, it marks the beginning of the abstract art movement. The perfumer’s response was to create 2+6, a complex and intriguing scent – evoking the same feeling of mystery experienced when observing the artwork.
